About us

We're four Valencian friends who moved to Austin, but we never left behind our favorite tradition: paella Sundays. For us, paella isn’t just food; it’s a way to gather, celebrate, and feel at home,
no matter where we are.One Sunday afternoon, while we were cooking our paella and arguing about who had the secret recipe, we realized we were doing something bigger than just cooking. In that moment, we decided this experience, this tradition, deserved to be shared with the world. And so, between laughs and rice, the idea to bring the authentic taste of Valencia to everyone was born.Our mission is to bring the true flavor of Valencia to anyone who wants to taste it. Because for us, every paella is more than just a dish: it’s a party, a tradition, and above all,
the perfect excuse to share great moments
